Human Rules

My wife asked me exactly what the plan was for the Reappearing Human.  I realized that if they weren't written down then they will be too easy to break.  Below are the rules for the program.

1.  Eat as organically as possible.  We will be attempting to eat or grow 80% of our diet from local or organic sources.

2.  If my Grandpa could walk to school 10 miles everyday then so should we all.  Attempt to record at least 10 miles of movement everyday.  That will be the equivalent of 20,000 steps according to the pedometer.  This entails inserting a fitness routine into my schedule...

3.  Connect with the world.  Spend less than 90 minutes a day watching TV, spend 90 minutes outdoors with the family when weather permits, grow/maintain a garden, try to read for a minimum of 30 minutes per day, and meditate/be mindful for 10 minutes a day.

4.  Drink 1 Gallon of water per day to ensure hydration
